Easter is both the most important festival in the church celebrating the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead thus overcoming sin, death and evil, and it is also a season consisting of seven Sundays. The color is white (with some gold).

Welcome to Easter Lutheran Church where it is always Easter!

We are grounded in Grace and geared for growth.

Our mission is to grow in faith and carry on the work of Jesus Christ.

Easter is one church located on two sites in the heart of Eagan providing multiple opportunities for worship and service for all ages.

Easter has six worship services weekly: one on Saturday evening and three on Sunday morning at Easter on the Hill and two on Sunday morning at Easter by the Lake. We seek to provide rich variety in music and worship styles ranging from traditional to contemporary (band-led). We have numerous choirs and groups for all ages.

Easter's Youth and Family Ministry Team devotes itself to the care and faith development of more than 1200 youth from infant through confirmation age and their families.

We understand that to be faithful to God's calling and our mission we need to grow in our faith in God, to grow in our service in God's name and to grow our witness to the Gospel in this community and the world.

We continuously seek God's guidance in prayer. And we have a Plan to make our mission a reality. Youth, Care and Fellowship for all ages including intergenerational groups, Worship, Mission-Outreach and Stewardship are the five areas of emphasis.
We invite you to become a partner with us in the ministry of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
