Job Posting: Operations Manager

Easter Lutheran Church is excited to announce the posting of an Operations Manager position.

This 40 hours/week position manages all Easter Lutheran Church property and facilities, including long term capital and maintenance planning, repair, and daily use as well as assisting with the some day-to-day administration of the office and technology. Your relevant experience might include building operations, construction management, or property management. There will need to be a mix of fixed "office hours" when leadership can connect with you as well as flexibility as inspections and work is needed.

The position supervises the facilities staff. The role is an important part of ensuring the office functions efficiently and effectively and will participate in a variety of initiatives involving teamwork and assistance to all staff including the pastors. The position reports to the Director of Finance and Administration.

Position Qualifications: Minimum of 5-years’ experience in operational leadership. Experience in church operations and a bachelor’s degree are preferred. A State of Minnesota Special Engineering license (for boilers) desired.
