Director of Youth Ministry

Easter Lutheran Church, Eagan, MN is seeking a passionate and relational Director of Youth Ministry to lead and grow a vibrant ministry for young people. This role focuses on building community, nurturing faith, developing student leaders, coordinating youth events and service opportunities, and partnering with families in faith formation.

The ideal candidate will have experience in youth ministry or faith formation, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with ELCA theology and Lutheran faith practices. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required

• Youth ministry or faith formation training and experience is required

• Strong relational, organizational, and leadership skills

• Passion for helping youth grow in faith and community

Director of Kids’ Ministry

Easter Lutheran Church, Eagan, MN is seeking a passionate and relational Director of Kids’ Ministry to

lead and grow our ministry for children from birth through 5th grade, partnering with families to nurture

lifelong faith. This role develops engaging faith formaAon experiences, equips volunteers, builds

community partnerships, and creates welcoming environments where children and families can grow in their faith.

We are looking for someone who enjoys leading teams, inspiring volunteers, thinking creatively, and

building relationships both within the congregation and throughout the community. The ideal candidate

is someone who leads with warmth, humility, and enthusiasm and who enjoys working collaboratively.

Evening and weekend work is required.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with training and experience in children's ministry, faith formation,

education, or a related field.

• Demonstrated experience leading children's ministry or similar programming.

• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

• Ability to recruit, mentor, and encourage volunteers.

• Passion for helping children and families grow in their faith
